I lost my Lofty access

If you have tried to login to Lofty and your credentials don't work, and trying to reset your password doesn't work either, it likely means you have not logged into Lofty for at least 90 days. 


Per our Lofty policies, accounts that are inactive for 90 days are automatically deactivated. If you’d like to reactivate your Lofty account, just email us at support@simplihom.com and we’ll be happy to help.
