Every agent on simpliSHARE receives 4 free listing signs (up to $45 per sign) each anniversary year (every 12 months from your join date).
This reimbursement covers only the sign panels themselves. Any additional items or upgrades—such as frames, posts, riders, hardware, or installation fees—are not included and are the agent’s responsibility.
To request your sign reimbursement:
Log in to your HŌMhq portal
In the left-hand menu, click Order Brand Supplies
Select Sign Reimbursement
Submit the form
Once your request is approved, we’ll email you a confirmation. You’ll then receive either:
a $45 credit per sign on your next monthly bill, or
a direct $45 reimbursement, depending on what is appropriate.
