When I transfer to simpliHŌM from another brokerage, what happens to my existing business?

When you move to simpliHŌM from another firm, you may want to bring your active listings, pending transactions, buyers under agreement, prospects, and leads with you. 

How each of these is handled can vary by state and MLS, but we always follow local MLS policy, association rules, and the terms of your ICA with your previous brokerage.

Before anything is moved, we make sure that whatever you’re bringing over is allowed under those rules. Once that’s confirmed, your active listings, buyer agreements, referrals, and leads are each handled in slightly different ways.
