What happens to my referral agreements when I move to simpliHŌM?

Referral agreements include both incoming and outgoing referrals you set up while you were with your previous brokerage, where the related transaction has not yet closed. These are also controlled by your local rules and the terms of your ICA with that brokerage.

When you move to simpliHŌM, you should request a broker-signed list of any referral agreements that you’re allowed to bring with you. If those referrals can be transferred, the other party to the referral (the agent or brokerage on the other end) should be notified that you’ve moved to simpliHŌM and asked to confirm they approve the referral being updated to simpliHŌM, with any needed details provided.

If your previous broker chooses not to release a referral agreement, you must respect that decision and allow that agreement to stay with your prior brokerage. simpliHŌM will not attempt to intervene in or override decisions made by your previous broker regarding those referrals.

If you have questions at any point, reach out to your Broker or email support@simplihom.com for step-by-step help.
