What does the TC service cover?

Your HANDLD Client Success Coordinator helps you manage the details of your transaction so nothing falls through the cracks. They will:

• Fully manage your deal from contract to close

• Schedule inspections

• Coordinate repairs with local companies

• Make sure all paperwork is complete and accurate

• Send documents for review and signatures

• Track key dates and deadlines

• Help you save roughly 8–15 hours per deal
