Where Do I Send a Commission Check?


At simpliHŌM, you no longer need to mail or drop off your commission checks. We use FTNI, a secure mobile deposit app that allows you to submit your commission checks directly from your phone—fast, simple, and with no extra steps.


How to Deposit a Commission Check


All agents are provided access to the FTNI mobile app, which is the primary method for depositing commission checks. FTNI guides you through each step of the deposit process, including taking photos of the check and entering required details.


Agent Responsibility:
If you physically received the commission check, you are responsible for depositing it through FTNI.


How to Get Access to FTNI


If you do not already have access:

  1. Email support@simplihom.com

  2. Request access to the FTNI app

  3. Your account will be created within 1 business day


Once your account is active, you can begin depositing checks immediately.


Check Deposit Processing Time


Most checks deposited through FTNI fund within:


? 3–4 business days


You must keep the original paper check for up to 90 days in case verification is required.


If You Must Mail a Check


While FTNI is the preferred and fastest method, if you cannot deposit the check yourself, you may mail it to:

Accepted Check Types


FTNI accepts:

  • Personal checks

  • Cashier’s checks

  • Title company checks


There are no restrictions on the type of commission check you can deposit.
